Hi, I’m Benedetta.
Hi, I'm Benedetta. I'm a Product Designer at UserTesting, working on our customer-facing product within the Networks area. I bring together strategy, research, and an increasingly AI-augmented process to shape digital experiences that feel thoughtful, intuitive, and inclusive.

i believe in design as a process: intentional, iterative & impactful.
I've always seen design as more than aesthetics, it's a way of thinking, a mindset for solving problems. From sketching ideas, working with clay and fabric as a kid, to shaping digital products today, my journey has been about using design to improve everyday life.
With a background spanning design consultancy (frog, GRANSTUDIO) and in-house product work, I've learned to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Over the past year, I've also rebuilt my process around AI-assisted workflows using tools like Claude Code alongside Figma to speed up prototyping, tighten the design-to-code handoff, and spend less time on repetitive production work and more time on the decisions that actually need a human.
Now, I'm looking to collaborate on bold, meaningful projects that make a real difference, ideally with teams who see AI as a way to design better, not just faster.
