Hi, I’m Benedetta.
I’m a Senior UX Designer at UserTesting with a passion for designing products that make a difference. I bring together strategy, research, and creativity to shape digital experiences that feel thoughtful, intuitive, and inclusive.

i believe in design as a process: intentional, iterative & impactful.
I’ve always seen design as more than aesthetics - it’s a way of thinking, a mindset for solving problems. From sketching ideas, creating with clay and fabrics as a kid to shaping digital experiences today, my journey has been all about using design to improve everyday life.
With a backgound in industrial design and user-centered approach, I’ve worked intensively in projects where social impact and inclusiveness is prioritized and helping people being efficient through digital services. This approach led me working for startups, agencies, and global companies where designing with intention, balancing logic and creativity through a process that adapts, scales and put people first always won.
Now, I’m looking to collaborate on bold, meaningful projects that make a real difference. When someone tells me: “this products really helped me” I smile and say “I am extremely fullfilled as a professional”.

Every project starts with curiosity. In this phase, I dive into the problem space to understand the context, users, and business needs. I gather insights through user research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis—building empathy and identifying meaningful opportunities to explore.
